    Writing Guidelines

    Certain writing projects during the year may require specific guidelines that are provided below.  If and when guidelines change, you will be informed in class either verbally or with a handout.  Other projects that include more than paragraphs may have additional guidelines than what are listed here.  You will be informed of these additional guidelines before the due date.

    All writing projects should include your name as well as any required heading.

    * On Notebook Paper (print or cursive)

          - in blue or black ink                               

          - do NOT skip lines

          - do NOT write on the back

     When computer issues occur, this notebook paper option should be followed or students' essays will be considered LATE.  

    *  Typed on the  Computer                   

         - in black ink

         - double-spaced

         - font size 12                                              

         - Times New Roman
